Executive Assistant for CEO and HR Manager in Prague 7

What will you do:

- Support of the CEO: organisation of travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, Visa), administrative support

- General office duties: build and maintain a relationship with the office landlord, administration of office cards, ordering supplies for the office

- Activities related to HR: monthly administration of new hires/leavers, coordination of language courses, new starter induction, medical checks, company devices, meal vouchers


Your profile:

- Fluent English is a must!

- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

- Able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels

- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise

- Previous experience in a similar role
